We were starving and already drinking, so this arrived just in time. Served with thick, warm chips, this hit the right spot. What made this a bit more unusual was the addition of black olive powder on top of the Guacamole. It only added a small hint that barely registered with our taste buds, but it added to the nice presentation. While it wasn’t the most amazing guac we’ve ever tasted, it was delicious and tied us over as we waited for the next dishes. This cheese is on fire!!!!! For once, we were not the most flaming thing at the table. This was far our most favorite dish: the Mezcal Flamed Queso Fundido for $15. I mean, you can’t beat this presentation, and of course, the flavors were out of this world. We know that it says “flamed” in the name, but it came by surprise.
